October 4-9, 2016. There was an event that held to celebrate National Batik Day in Pekalongan it was Pekalongan Batik week. In this event we found batik exhibition from several cities in Indonesia, culinary festival, batik costume carnaval, art performance, seminar, and many more. Here I would share few things that I found in the event. Batik Tulis from Cirebon that use natural color. They used some plants to produce the color like Indigofera for the blue color, Secang  for red color, etc.  This was batik Pekalongan which has colorful color and "Motif Buketan" in characteristic. Someone show up there, she was not the seller btw haha she's my friend, Kharisma, the Pekalongan Tourism Ambassador 2014. Serat Pisang Shirt (two from the front) was kind of cloth that use banana fiber for the main material. Could you imagine how they made it? i've no idea tho, how creative they were. Last sunday, i went to kota lama Semarang with my friend (she has been here for a few days so i took her a walk). She was my friend from jhs to shs, her name is novia (a.k.a novia) wkwk.  Again and again, my favorite place, Semarang Contemporary Art Gallery. Couldn't have enough to take photos here, the art work and also the building is always interesting to be explored. Strolling around kota lama in a hot sunny sunday. Good afternoon fellas!  Maybe you guys didn't know that i was born in Pekalongan, ya, Pekalongan known as a Batik City. You can find a lots of batik with many different pattern and colors (batik pekalongan famous as a colourful batik). Above, i wore batik Pekalongan top which is designed by me and sewn by my talented tailor haha also taken in front of my home in Pekalongan. I'm a monochrome lover but with this batik maybe i'll move to be a pastel color lover haha. Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang adalah salah satu destinasi wisata yang wajib dikunjungi saat kalian sedang di Semarang. Di kota lama ini bangunan peninggalan Belanda mulai di perbaiki dan dikembangkan sebagai cafe, maupun tempat pameran seni dengan gaya modern tanpa menghilangkan bentuk aslinya. Di kawasan ini terdapat beberapa tempat yang bisa kalian kunjungi seperti gereja blenduk, taman srigunting, angkringan blenduk, spiegel resto & bar, semarang art gallery, tekodeko (coffeeshop) dan masih banyak lagi yg bisa kalian explore di kota lama ini. Untuk kalian artlover , bisa nih buat berkunjung ke Semarang Art Gallery untuk melihat pameran karya-karya seni yang keren banget didukung tempatnya yang punya spot-spot bagus buat foto-foto. Hai! Gimana liburan kalian? buat kalian para mahasiswa pasti lagi menikmati liburan semester kalian yaaa wah happy holiday for y'all!! kecuali buat mahasiswa tingkat akhir kaya aku ini yang setiap hari libur tapi tetep disibukin ngerjain tugas akhir atau skripsi yaaaa huhu but, enjoy apapun yang lagi kalian kerjakan sekarang ya guys! Good afternoon peeps! This is my first post in 2016 and i wish you guys a happy new year may  this year bring a peace, joy, and  happiness to you.. In my new year holiday , i've spent 3 days  off with my family. Guess where did we go? Yaaa that place wasn't bali's or lombok's island beach, it was one of gunung kidul's beach Yogyakarta, Indonesia, called Sadranan beach. To get there, we have to travel for 1,5 - 2 hours from Yogyakarta city. Gunung kidul is a highland area that has many beautiful beach behind, the white sand, rocks, and clear sea water. That was very pleasant when i was there the weather is just too good and sunny that burning my skin which's already tanned without sun bathing huhu but thanks to God, i could take muccch photos adoring this beautiful beach and weather hehe. In Sadranan beach you can also snorkling , but i think it's a lil bit dangerous because the waves of south sea could suddenly become a big waves so be ...
